Med Scrubs and More is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Shipping takes place Monday – Friday. Delivery time can be 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Please be sure to use a confirmed address. Shipping rates will be shown once you enter shipping information. We do our best to make sure shipping carriers are reliable and that product is delivered prompt. Please be sure that all information entered is correct. You will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Exchanges are welcomed within 7 days of receipt. Med Scrubs and More doe NOT offer refunds. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, dry cleaned, damaged, soiled, personalized or monogrammed CAN NOT be returned. Once items are inspected and approved, all credit will be issued within 7 business days. Once approved for an exchange, a shipping label will be sent to complete the exchange. A 10% restock fee applies to all returns, plus the cost of shipping. Please contact us via email for a return authorization on qualifying items. Unauthorized items sent to Med Scrubs and More will be returned to sender.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, and your purchase can be tracked through the notified shipping service.
